"The thing about brokers is you hire a brokerage and not a broker. I have not once spoken ot the broker I hired it's always done young girl who isn't transparent in regards to what is going on . I had paid for a policy for 6 ko in advance had an address change they didn't tell me that was a new policy but kept my full. Payment for the previous full 6 mo of. The orev policy and had me pay for another full 6. No of the new address .. no pro ration etc. when I called to change my address I asked for it to be changed on a future date they changed it and dated it the day I called. Now this you d woman is being dismissive if not underhandedly rude (very bless your heart of her ) which I have 0 patience for. I. Have been told multiple. Times that Johnny would call me he has never once done do I am contacting the board of ins commissioner .. I will not be dealing w this brokerage again"
